The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) will conduct the National Entrance Test (NET) for MA admissions on January 13, 2019.
The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) was established in 1936 as the Sir Dorabji Tata Graduate School of Social Work. In 1944, it was renamed as the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. The year 1964 was an important landmark in the history of the Institute, when it was declared Deemed to be a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act (UGC), 1956.
Exam Pattern
- General Awareness: 40 Marks
- English Proficiency: 30 Marks
- Maths & Logical Reasoning: 30 Marks
Exam Duration: 100 Minutes
Interested candidates can apply on the official website. Registrations for TISS NET are scheduled to begin from October 26, 2018 from 10:00 AM onwards & would close at 6:00 PM on December 12, 2018.
TISS NET 2019 is conducted by TISS to offer admission in M.A., M.Sc., M.H.A. & M.P.H. courses.
